User Obligations: You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site for any fraudulent or illegal activities, including purchasing watches for re-sale if prohibited.
Order Submission: To place an order, you may be required to submit your details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your detailed information and for all activities that occur under your submission.
Product and Order Policy
Product Availability: All watches shown on the website are subject to availability. In the rare event that a watch you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you within a specified business day (e.g., 1 business day) and cancel your order.
Product Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, the colors and details of watches may vary slightly from the images shown online. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself with the watch’s details before purchase.
Order Cancellation: You may be entitled to cancel your order within a certain timeframe, such as 1 day after submitting the order, without giving a reason. However, once we waybill your order, you may be liable for waybill costs if you cancel.
Payment Terms: Full payment must be made at the point of delivering your order (i.e Payment On Delivery). We accept specified payment methods (e.g., Cash, Transfer).
Delivering Policy
Delivery Timeframe: We provide an estimated delivery time, but it is not a guarantee. We are not liable for delays caused by issues outside of our control, such as transporting company delays or riders picking up processing delays.
Delivery Details: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, phone number & whatsapp number. This will enable us to speed up the delivery process.
Package Inspection: Upon delivery, you should inspect the package for any signs of tampering or damage. If a package appears damaged, you should refuse delivery. For valuable items, you should also film the unboxing as a record.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within a specified period (e.g., 14days) and be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, some items (if unsealed) may not be returnable.
Return Process: You must initiate a return by contacting our customer service. You will be responsible for the cost of the first delivery and the returning delivery, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected by our delivery agent(Rider), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed at the point of returning and the money will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-returnable Items: Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery are not eligible for return and anything after 14days given for returning, we will not accept the return.
